Return Policy:

Due to the unique nature of our jewelry and hygiene reasons, we regret that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than quality issues. Once worn, these items come into direct contact with bodily fluids and skin, making them unsuitable for resale due to health and safety concerns. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our products and protect our customers. Please consider this policy before making your purchase.

Quality Issues:

If you believe the item you received has quality issues, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to address the problem and provide an appropriate solution, such as a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
